ROTO-ECCENTRE FREEWHEEL The support plate follows a circular path (the circumference of which depends on the distance between the axis of rotation of the drive shaft and the central axis of the rotor disk), being free to rotate about its own central axis. Due to the centrifugal force of eccentric movement and friction, the backing plate can rotate at different speeds and in different directions. If the friction forces are so strong that the rotation of the disc is blocked even though the tool is still working, this becomes a simple eccentric movement. The number of disk rotations is variable and depends on the number of circular paths completed. The free-running rotary eccentric movement is currently the best compromise in terms of efficiency and surface processing quality.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
The variable rotary switch offers the ability to adjust the speed to specific applications. The speed controller allows polishing at a precisely adjusted speed and can be regulated during use to avoid interruption. The backing plate rotates at the selected speed and maintains the set speed under load, from 3000 to 5200 rpm. It uses exactly the right amount of power necessary for the task at hand. The speed control offers the user six levels and thus covers every polishing situation.

9 METERS OF ELECTRICAL CABLE
The durable cable with a generous 9 meter length provides maximum performance for safe and efficient operation of the polisher. The longer cable saves time, reduces work steps and problems as it eliminates the need to use an additional extension cable when polishing a car.

ON/OFF SWITCH LOCK
The on/off switch lock on the left side of the handle allows the operator to move their hands freely during polishing, for example to reposition the workpiece, and prevents them from being pressed accidentally. Thanks to this device, the tool is also safe for extended applications.
